The participation fee is CHF 3’780.After your application has been accepted, you will receive a personal confirmation together with a payment link for the CHF 1’250 deposit.Your place is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.The remaining balance is due within 60 days of confirmation, and no later than 30 days before the retreat begins.The number of participants is limited to 15 women.

Travel to Venice (Marco Polo Airport, VCE) is arranged individually.On the arrival day, we organise two shared transfers to the hotel in Poreč (approx. 2.5–3 hours). Departure times are 11:00 and 15:00.Shared transfers back to Venice are also available on the departure day.Final timings will be coordinated with the group’s arrival and departure flights and communicated in advance.

The week is designed for riders with solid endurance and experience on the bike.Riding 60–75 km on gravel over several consecutive days should feel comfortably manageable.We ride in two groups — both on the same routes. There are no shortened versions.The routes follow quiet gravel roads and paths, without technical trails or demanding descents. Experience on a gravel bike is expected — you should feel confident riding on loose surfaces.The two groups differ in focus:Sportive: a more dynamic pace, longer flowing sections, fewer interruptionsFlow: a steadier rhythm, short stops when needed, and more space for landscape and conversationDepending on the day, the riding time between the two groups differs slightly, allowing shared stops and the overall rhythm of the week to remain together.Switching between groups is possible depending on how you feel on a given day.Both groups are led by experienced guides — no one is left behind.A support vehicle accompanies the group and is available whenever needed.The week is designed around the experience of riding together. To make this work well for everyone, we ask that the requirements described above feel comfortably within your reach.

Your application for the retreat is non-binding.Your participation only becomes confirmed once you receive our confirmation and the deposit payment has been made. At that point, a place is reserved for you.The deposit of CHF 1’250 is credited toward the total amount and is non-refundable.Once the booking is confirmed, the full participation fee becomes binding.Cancellations are not possible and the participation fee remains payable.Should the retreat not take place, all payments already made will be fully refunded.We recommend taking out personal travel and cancellation insurance.
