A practical introduction to understanding your road bike — and trusting it.

This workshop gives you a solid foundation in road bike basics. Not to turn you into a mechanic, but to help you feel calm, confident and self-reliant when you are out riding.

Together, we look at the essentials:

– removing and installing wheels

– repairing and changing a flat tyre

– checking and assessing your brakes

– cleaning and maintaining your bike properly

– and what to check before every ride

You will learn step by step — hands-on, in a relaxed atmosphere and with no prior knowledge required. You are welcome to bring your own bike and work on it directly, making everything immediately tangible and applicable.

Questions are always welcome.

By the end of the workshop, you won’t know everything — but you will know enough to head out on your next ride with a very different feeling:
