The participation fee evolves in several phases: • CHF 3,690 until April 15 (or until fully booked) • CHF 3,980 from April 16 to June 30 • CHF 4,290 from July 1, subject to availability With your booking, you secure one of the limited places on a binding basis. A deposit of CHF 1,000 is due at the time of booking and will be fully credited towards the total participation fee. The remaining balance is due by July 30, 2026 at the latest. Payment is handled conveniently online. The number of participants is limited to 15. Options such as room categories or rental bikes can be selected during the booking process.

Brač lies just off the Dalmatian coast, a short ferry ride from Split. Split is a lively harbour city on the Adriatic coast and well connected internationally. Split Airport is served by many European cities and is located around 30 minutes outside the city. The transfer to the harbour is straightforward – by taxi or shuttle. From there, the ferry takes less than an hour directly to Brač (Supetar). On the day of arrival, we organise two shared transfers from the harbour in Split to the hotel. This allows you to travel flexibly without depending on fixed flight times. On the day of departure, we offer a shared transfer back to Split. Exact timings will be shared in advance.

The retreat is designed for riders who enjoy spending several hours a day on the bike. Riding takes place in two groups – with different rhythms and levels of intensity. We ride on classic gravel roads and quiet paths – not on technical trails. The pace follows the group. Space to develop, without pressure.

You can join the retreat with your own bike or with an optional rental gravel bike. For personal bikes, the hotel provides a secure bike storage room as well as a dedicated washing area. High-quality rental gravel bikes (BMC) can be reserved during the booking process. Frame size and pedal system are selected individually. Price: CHF 390 for the full retreat (7 days).
